Starting from February 21, JJ will resume offering his popular weekly watercolor painting classes in an artistically stimulating environment and friendly atmosphere. Consider the depth of continued guidance JJ can offer you over six weeks of in-class instruction and practice along with weekly homework assignments he gives.
During each session, JJ will share his thinking process with participants and demonstrate the methods and techniques for each painting exercise. This winter JJ will guide participants in painting a variety of subjects possibly including still life, landscape or waterscape, and portrait. He will demonstrate how to approach those varied subjects with the same fundamentals and techniques. Photographs will be provided for painting reference and inspiration. He will also work with participants individually, and will offer a brief critique at the end of each session if time allows. While JJ adheres to fundamental principles throughout instruction, all else is fluid.
